Some one did a basic translation of the beginning:
Airi: we were able to have you listen consecutively to 3 songs from our new album!
Airi: Aah!
Momoko: What is it Airi?
Airi: I'm hungry!
Momoko: Ehhh?
Airi: I'm starving!
Momoko: What are you saying? We're in the middle of a concert!
Airi: But I'm really hungry! Do you want to hear my stomach grumble? Guuuuuuu.....see?
Momoko: What do you mean "see"? your just saying Guuuuu! As the leader i have to tell you that even if you get hungry during a show you need to endure it. Its possible that the audience members are also hungry and yet they still cheer us on and another thing to eat a meal during a show is an uban legend!
Airi: I think that your using that word incorrectly when you say urban legend!
Momoko: once you put on your costume you cant get it dirty so your forbidden from eating!
Airi: But But Buuuuuuuuuuuuutt!
Miyabi: goes on about how hard she worked in the cold snow doing in a shoe shining buisness and earning just enough for tempura soba and kamona soba!
Momoko: but you could have just ordered 3 plain soba for the price!
Miyabi: Airi can you really understand how me and my siblings felt?
Airi: I'm so sorry Miyabi chan! Please move youre in my way! I wont complain any more!>_<
